With spectacular "Red Cliff" views, Tall Spruce House is ideally located next to Trimble Hot Springs Spa in the beautiful Animas Valley, overlooking Dalton Ranch Golf Club and the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway. This beautiful home is just 1 hour from the ancient Mesa Verde Indian Ruins and 10 minutes from historic downtown Durango.

This 5000 sq. ft. luxury home has 7 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, private Hot Tub, high-definition plasma TV & free wireless internet. The 7th bedroom can be easily converted into a video game room or private massage room. The spacious Honeymoon Suite has a king bed, fireplace, TV, ensuite bath with jaccuzzi tub and balcony overlooking the narrow gauge railway & golf course, all framed by the famous red cliffs. A second Master Bedroom also has a king bed, ensuite bath and sitting area. The Bunkie with two sets of bunk beds, double on the bottom, single on top, and TV, sleeps 6 making it a favorite gathering point for the youngsters. A fourth upstairs bedroom has twin beds, or combine to make a king. Downstairs two bedrooms share a "Jack & Jill" bath, both with queen beds. The 7th bedroom is downstairs with a double futon bed and premium mattress, Playstation & massage table. Two extra beds with comfortable foam mattresses and the full-size sofa bed in the Living Room provide accommodation for up to 22.

What a comfortable and cozy environment you´ve created for group gatherings. Absolutely NO DETAIL has been overlooked to make even the hardest to please feel right at home. Often you find a property owner has concentrated on one or two of the main rooms and the others are bare and lacking. Not so with Tall Spruce House! Oh, by the way, Durango was great, too." |
